Calling all Kingdom Workers!!

Today we received 10 camper registrations. That may not seem like a lot but when you're 89% full - 10 campers make a big difference. We only have 126 spots left in our summer camps. We truly are down to the last stretch. We're wanting to see every. single. spot. filled. We want 1041 campers and 43 families hear the Gospel this summer - we want to see Lives Transformed by the Power of Jesus.

To do this, we need staff. We need volunteers. Each May and June, we bring in about 30 staff to work our Outdoor Education and Guest Group ministry. During this time - our discipleship programs and summer games are being written and designed - summer magic is being crated. At the end of June, 30 staff becomes 70 and we are joined by nearly 100 volunteers in the following two months. These are not youth, young adults, lesser young adults, and grandparents who are wasting their summer or finding something to do to fill their time...they're building the Kingdom of God. They are using something that God has given them to bless others.

How can you help?

• If you're looking for a job for 2-4 months - Apply! We're still looking for 2-3 staff members willing to work with us from May until the end of August. You can work just spring, all four months, or even just come for July and August. We're also actively looking for staff for July and August - if you're 16 years old, you can apply to be summer staff. • If you've got a week - we've got a spot for you. We need a lot of volunteers to make summer work. Our Kitchen needs 3-4 volunteers each week of the summer. You get to work alongside of Ken, our amazing Red Seal Chef and participate in what could be a life changing summer for you too! Here's where you can apply as a volunteer.
• We are always looking for volunteers who are excited to work with kids - that might be as an activity staff or on an out-trip. These volunteers will need to consider also attending our Training week from June 26-July 3rd. Volunteers come to us with all types of skills: horsey skills, kitchen, laundry doing skills (you can't imagine the amount of laundry that needs to be done every day), gardening, bandaid applying skills, colouring skills, lawn-mowing skills...the list is long and we need the help! • Pray. Pray that there will be people who answer our call for help and then pray for our staff as they prepare to share the Gospel and lead over 1200 children, youth, and families towards Jesus Christ.
